How do I use YayDay’s Super Digestive Supplement?

Because YayDay supports both your gut and mental health, we recommend taking it before bed*. For a good night's sleep, take one scoop or travel packet (12g) mixed with 8 fl. oz of water before bed. Let magnesium ease brain stress and the digestive enzymes and prebiotic fiber work their magic on your gut. Wake up to a Yay!

Can I take it with hot water? 

YayDay's super digestive enzymes prefer a cool workspace. We recommend that you use water below 98°F (37°C) to maintain optimum effects.

Can I take it with cold water?

Absolutely! Cold to room temperature is perfect. In fact, some of our team love adding ice to theirs. YayDay on the rocks.

Do I always have to take it at night?

Yes! We believe the best days start the night before. During sleep, your body restores and digests, which is why our ingredients are tailored to work their best overnight, ready for a great morning poo. While we have found that taking it in the evening is optimal for rest and digest, if you’re a morning person go for it. Try it both ways, see what you like best! Does it have any side effects?

When introducing extra fiber to your diet through any fiber supplement, some may initially experience increased bloating. Consumers can gradually build up the serving if needed. Make sure to stay hydrated to help ease the transition.

If you have a history of bowel obstruction or swallowing difficulties you should not take YayDay.

Can I take more than 1 scoop?

Easy there! We carefully selected the dosing of fiber and magnesium, so we don’t recommend increasing the dose without consulting your primary physician before taking more than one serving per day.

Does YayDay expire?

YayDay stays fresh for two years!

What is the best way to store my YayDay?

Room temperature is the best way to store.

What ingredients are in YayDay?

Our product is packed full of 11 responsibly sourced, premium ingredients that work together in harmony.

  • Our fiber blend includes psyllium husk, inulin, flaxseed powder fiber, and oat fiber. 
  • YayDay also includes HemiSeb Digestive Enzymes and the most bioavailable form of Magnesium, Magnesium Glycinate. 
Can I still take an additional magnesium supplement with YayDay?

It’s always best to consult with your primary physician to determine the ideal amount of magnesium for you.

What is Psyllium Husk?

Psyllium, a soluble fiber derived from the Plantago ovata shrub, is a key ingredient in many fiber products. Grown worldwide, but most commonly in India, each plant can yield up to 15,000 gel-coated seeds, from which psyllium husk is derived.

When psyllium husk meets water, it forms a useful gel-like mass, aiding the smooth passage of waste through the intestinal tract.

What are Digestive Enzymes? 

Our bodies can't digest fiber independently, so this is where digestive enzymes step in to assist. These digestive enzymes work to break down fiber in our gut into smaller, more manageable pieces. This helps probiotics to efficiently utilize the fiber we consume, to support the growth of healthy bacteria in our body. Go Enzymes! 

What is Magnesium? 

Magnesium is a mineral which is an essential macronutrient that plays a role in many of the body processes including muscle, nerve, bone health and mood. Among the 11 forms of magnesium, we chose Magnesium glycinate (bisglycinate) because it's the most easily absorbed and gentle on the GI tract. Smooooth.

How is YayDay flavored?

When creating YayDay, we skipped the artificial flavor aisle. Instead, infusing it with ingredients like lemon and chamomile, delivering our refreshing Citrus Sunset flavor.

Dietary Questions

Is YayDay suitable for people with certain food allergies?

This product is free of the 9 major allergens: milk, eggs, nuts, fish, crustaceans, shellfish, wheat, soy and sesame. However, they are manufactured in a facility that has exposure to to all of these allergens. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend consulting with your physician prior to starting any new products.

Is this gluten-free? 

Yes this has been gluten-free tested.

Can I take fiber if I’m on medication? 

Yes – be sure to take YAYDAY at least 2 hours before or after taking medicine, though, since fiber can interfere with medicine absorption. We always recommend that you consult your primary physician prior to adding a supplement to your daily routine.

Can I take magnesium while on medication? 

Magnesium can interfere with some specific medications. We always recommend that you consult your primary physician prior to adding a supplement to your daily routine. 

Is YayDay safe for children? 

Breaking news: kids poo, too. This was formulated for adult consumption and has not been tested on children.

Can I take this if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding? 

First of all, congrats on your growing family! We always recommend consulting your physician, they know your individual needs best before starting a new supplement during this exciting time! 

Shipping and Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

We send out orders fast, usually processing and shipping within one business day. Just a heads up, our fulfillment centers operate on weekdays, so weekend or holiday orders go out the next business day. If you have any concerns or questions about your package, please reach out to us at team@myyayday.com.

Transit Times: Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments with a second tracking number.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Orders are delivered by USPS. 

How can I cancel/change my order?

Our fulfillment centers strive to process orders promptly. That means the following requests cannot be accommodated once an order has been submitted:

  • Address changes
  • Order Cancellations
  • Order edits (adding or removing an item)
  • Payment changes

What shipping carriers do you use?

All orders ship via USPS. 

Do you deliver to locations outside the US?

Currently we’re offering shipping within the United States only. We ship to all of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping costs vary based on your delivery location. For orders within the continental US, shipping is $6. If you're ordering to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands, the shipping cost is $15.

Do you ship to FPO/DPO/APO addresses?

Yes! Orders are delivered by USPS and can be shipped to FPO/DPO/APO addresses.

Returns

What is your return policy? 

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority! If you're not pleased with any YayDay product, please let us know. We're here to guide you and find a solution.

If returning the product is the solution, just drop us a line at team@myyayday.com, and we'll assist you with a free return for any order from the MyYayDay website within 30 days of receiving YayDay.

My order arrived with an issue. What should I do? 

We're genuinely sorry to hear about the issue with your order. Let’s get that sorted! To swiftly resolve this matter, please contact us at team@myyayday.com and provide the following details:

  • Your Order Number or the Email you used to place the order.
  • The lot number
  • A clear photo of the damaged item(s) to help us better understand the problem.
  • If applicable, please include the numbers located on the bottom of the damaged item(s).
  • Please hold the product should we request a return.

Our team is committed to making this right for you as quickly as possible. 

How long should it take to process my refund?

After a return is approved and processed, you'll receive an automatic refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. We aim to process refunds promptly.

Subscriptions

What is the cost of a subscription? 

A subscription is $60/month, with a 2-month minimum commitment. 

What do I receive with a subscription?

Your first subscription order will be delivered in our special YayDay Welcome Pack, including your first month of YayDay, a bamboo spoon, a ceramic cup, and a thoughtful message from us. Following that, you'll receive your new YayDay each month to keep things flowing!

Can I still purchase the Welcome Pack without signing up for a subscription?

You can indeed! If you want to try YayDay before subscribing, but want the full bamboo spoon and ceramic cup experience, the Welcome Pack is available from our shop. 

When does my subscription start, and how often does it arrive?

Your subscription starts on the day you sign up or are first billed, and it renews every 30 days. As regular as you’ll be! 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime, though we'd be sad to see you go:

  • Sign in to your YayDay account through our login page
  • Once in, click on Manage Subscriptions 
  • Click Manage Subscription once more under the Subscriptions tab 
  • Click Cancel or make any additional changes to your subscription order

How do I make changes to my subscription?

How often will I be billed for my subscription?

You’ll be billed every 30 days. If you haven't already, we suggest creating an account during checkout for easy updates on billing.

Can I skip a month of my subscription delivery?

Yes! If you know you’ll be away, or need to take a break, you can skip your next delivery by logging in and going to Manage Subscriptions

How can I update the shipping address on my subscription?

To make changes to your subscription, log in to your myyayday.com account. If you didn't create an account during your initial subscription or checked out as a guest, simply sign up using the same email address you used for your subscription purchase.

Where is this product made? 

Our products are manufactured in the USA.

Where can I purchase YayDay?
